Shipping Policy

Shipping Original Works:

Purchasing original artworks on my website is considered “on hold”. I will then reach out to you in 1-2 business days via your provided email at checkout to coordinate shipping options (tracked vs. untracked, ground vs. air shipping…) to best suit both our needs. Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout, to help me best get an accurate quote. Please be aware shipping original artwork can be costly. Feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions <3 If after we consult you are no longer interested in the item, that’s no problem at all! I can promptly refund you the original payment.

International Shipping:

Please note that international shipments may be subject to custom fees, import duties, or taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility. I’m based in Ottawa, Canada, so be mindful that delivery time varies by destination.

Packaging and Handling:

All works will be securely wrapped in bubble wrap and other protective materials, including canvas orders. Medium to large works will be packaged in double-walled boxes. Large works may be shipped in custom boxes or crates for added protection.

Local Pickup:

If you’re in Ottawa, ON, select local pickup at checkout! Local pickup is available by appointment only, I will contact you to arrange a convenient time.

Damages and Issues:

If you have any issues or damages during transit, please take photos of anything (packaging and artwork) and let me know as soon as possible! I will do my best to rectify the situation <3

Return Policy

Due to the nature of original works, all sales are final. Unless it’s damaged, in which case you should contact me as soon as possible!

Use of Work

Every artwork is protected by Canadian and international copyright law. When you purchase a painting or print, you own the physical artwork, but not the copyright to the image. Please do not copy, reproduce, or use my work for any commercial purpose without my written permission. Thank you!

I am currently taking on limited commissions based on interest in the subject, and ability. Feel free to reach out at any time, I am happy to discuss ideas and put you on my waitlist!

What materials do you use?

My airbrush is an Iwata Eclipse HP-CS, I love it! I have a Timbertech air compressor, and I use a variety of high-flow, airbrush-specific acrylic paints, and Vallejo airbrush thinner. I use both scotch masking tape, and frisket film to mask my layers.
